Milan Destination Photography

I will be out of the country from January 7th through Jan 19th shooting Katherine and Matts wedding!  But while I’m out… so I don’t leave you guys hangin’… I’ll have a series of blogs automatically post from my Europe trip in October… when I was there for Elizabeth and Stewarts wedding!  I took my mom with me… and we went a few days early to go to Italy first… and we stayed a few days after the wedding and went to Paris!

These guys were our waiters at Stendhal restaurant… where I  left my Aggie Ring!! I know…I’m a genius.  I didn’t realize it until I was in Vernazza (about a 2 hour train ride)… but I called them and they mailed it to me!  (I know…I couldn’t believe it either! I’m happy to say my ring is now safe and sound on my finger!) haha!  The guy on the left is Luigi… I can’t remember the other waiters name for the life of me…but Luigi was hilarious!! About 5′ nothin… but a ball of joy! You just wanted to squeeze him!!

After dinner my mom and I walked around and did a little window browsing!LOVED their presentation/details!DuomoThis bottom left photo was a HUGE billboard on the side of a building… Loved it!These are the the doors of the Duomo in Milan… during the day! See the bronze hands?  People have rubbed that spot so much that it has “polished” the bronze!  Rubbing it apparently symbolizes peace… or like you’ll be watched over…My lovely mother on the left lighting a candle in the Duomo
